We offer a flexible work environment.

At Liberty POST, every therapist has the opportunity to work with a variety of cases, in a variety of settings – home, school and center-based. Let us know which types of cases you prefer, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. Referrals are assigned based on parent request, areas of expertise, geography, and seniority.

On average, a full-time employee with Liberty POST provides 22 to 25 visits per week. Our employees work in a fee for service model, which allows them to have full discretion in determining the size of their case load—you may work as much or as little as you prefer. We can also tailor your case load based on your area of expertise and personal preferences, such as number of visits per week and geographic boundaries.

Our fee for service is highly competitive and payment is issued on a bi-weekly basis. Liberty POST provides a streamlined electronic documentation process so that our therapists can invest more time in their clients.

Professional Development and Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

In addition to our direct services with children and their families, Liberty POST is accredited through ASHA, APTA, AOTA and the NYSED Continuing Teacher and Leader Education (CTLE) as a continuing education provider and have periodic and timely continuing education opportunities for our staff.

We also co-sponsor CEU events with entities who wish to offer continuing education units for their activities. To keep up with the latest concepts and techniques, we host expert instructors from the professional community, from our own staff and those who are recognized leaders in their field.

Liberty POST employees receive a significant discount to all Continuing Education courses we offer.
